Community
Our clients appreciate the fact that they have a single point of contact at RISE PARTNERS who they can turn to with any questions and who is very familiar with the requirements of their company. Strategic and reliable business relationships give all parties involved the security of a long-term partnership.
We trust our people. For this reason, everyone in our firm takes responsibility within their team right from the start. In order to develop our business together, we attach great importance to co-determination and regularly consult our team on key issues in our processes and culture.
With social initiatives, pro bono mandates and financial donations, we support projects that promote social solidarity and strengthen trust in our society. For example, we support the Münchner Tafel food bank, DKMS, the Bavarian Red Cross and Johanniter aid campaigns.
Sustainability
We invest in long-term relationships. We have been working with many of our clients for decades and are proud of our long-term cooperation and the personal relationships we have built up with the stakeholders. Even with new clients, our aim is always to build sustainable partnerships - which is why we focus on personal contact and excellent service.
We also value continuity in our team so that we can deliver first-class work together. We develop talented people into experts, promote further training and constantly upskill our employees. Many of us have been working together for many years, and the integration of new recruits into our well-coordinated team runs smoothly.
We see climate protection as a joint investment in the future and put the conservation of resources into practice at all levels. In cooperation with Climate Partner, we calculate our CO2 emissions, set ourselves binding reduction targets and offset our emissions in climate protection projects. We also invest in e-mobility, use only green electricity and have installed water filling stations in the office.
Digitalization
Many of our clients are digital pioneers in their field and appreciate the fact that we consistently implement digitalization and automation in all of our processes. This creates streamlined processes that enable our clients and our experts to work together effectively.
Because we are people of numbers and attach great importance to precision and efficiency, the unconditional will to automate is already in our DNA. This undoubtedly includes the use of artificial intelligence. We train our employees intensively to integrate AI applications into their work processes in a smart way.
As a digital tax firm, we also operate in a much more climate-friendly way than the traditional representatives of our field. Working almost entirely paper-free is an important step, especially in our industry, and saves an immense amount of resources.
