Growing together
Alexander Riha and Christian Seuffert founded RISE PARTNERS in 2022 to realize their ideas of digital processes and flat hierarchies in a rather conservative industry.
Around two years later, we have expanded our office, welcomed many new clients and grown to almost 100 great employees. We act together, digitally and sustainably:

We can change the world. That's why we reflect on our consumption, calculate our CO2 footprint and reduce our emissions. We additionally support projects that promote social cohesion.
