Growing together
Alexander Riha and Christian Seuffert founded RISE PARTNERS in 2022 to realize their ideas of digital processes and flat hierarchies in a rather conservative industry.
A few years later, we expanded our office, welcomed many new clients, and now employ over 100 outstanding staff members. We act together, digitally, and responsibly:

We are a sworn team. We treat each other with respect whilst maintaining a relaxed tone. Whether intern or partner: We support each other and are happy to welcome new colleagues.

We are people who love numbers, especially ones and zeros. Our processes are digitalized and efficient. We embrace artificial intelligence, automation and a commitment to transformation.
Responsibly
We are examining our resource consumption and tracking our operational carbon footprint. Based on this, we are identifying specific measures to reduce it.
We launched RISE PARTNERS because we are fully convinced that we can successfully combine seemingly contradictory elements:
